Grandpa's Biscuits & Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 lb Sausage

Steps

  1. Brown the sausage and crumble into small pieces as it is frying. Remove from pan once done. For extra flavor, use grease in pan for next step.
  2. Blend butter and flour on a low heat to avoid burning the mixture, stirring constantly.
  3. Add milk once mixture is thickend. Cook for a couple minutes or until it comes to a boil and thickens up. Add sausage.
  4. Pour over your favorite biscuits (we recommend Grands Flaky) and enjoy!
