Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
- 2 cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Butter *UNSALTED*
Steps
- Combine egg and milk, mix well
- Combine dry ingredients, mix well
- Combine wet and dry, mix until little to no chunks
- Melt butter, add to mixture
- Preheat skillet/pan to medium heat, spray with cooking oil (or butter)
- Scoop about 1/4 cup dallops per pancake
- Cook 2-3 min on the first side (or until golden brown)
- Flip, cook an additional 1-3 min (or until golden brown)
