Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Butter *UNSALTED*

Steps

  1. Combine egg and milk, mix well
  2. Combine dry ingredients, mix well
  3. Combine wet and dry, mix until little to no chunks
  4. Melt butter, add to mixture
  5. Preheat skillet/pan to medium heat, spray with cooking oil (or butter)
  6. Scoop about 1/4 cup dallops per pancake
  7. Cook 2-3 min on the first side (or until golden brown)
  8. Flip, cook an additional 1-3 min (or until golden brown)
