Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Onions chopped
  • 6 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Cheese grated
  • 4 cup Light Cream

Steps

  1. Dice potatoes and onion, cook in chicken broth until tender
  2. Puree in blender until smooth
  3. Place back in pot, add remaining ingredients
  4. Heat just until cheese melts
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chives, bacon, and more cheese if desired
