Creamy Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes
- 1/2 Cup Onions chopped
- 6 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Cheese grated
- 4 cup Light Cream
Steps
- Dice potatoes and onion, cook in chicken broth until tender
- Puree in blender until smooth
- Place back in pot, add remaining ingredients
- Heat just until cheese melts
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chives, bacon, and more cheese if desired
