Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter softened
- 1 Cup Sour Cream Room temp
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 1/2 cup Flour
Steps
- Mix sugar, butter, sour cream and egg in a large bowl until smooth
- Add in baking soda, vanilla, salt and flour and continue mixing.
- Refridgerate dough for at least 2 hours.
- Sprinkle flour onto a large, flat surface (counter-top) and roll out dough until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut out dough into desired shapes and place on a un-greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 425° for 5-7 minutes, or until bottom is a light-golden color. Let rest for a few minutes before moving to cooling rack.
